What do you think of inter-forum moderation?

I have observed that it is stultifying to many members of both forums, knowing that moderators are logging their activities on more than one forum. It has resulted in the banning of some in the past, although the heavy handed actions have been 'moderated' in recent times.

When you wake up in the middle of the night to take a piss, would you like to find a moderator standing beside your toilet noting the time and duration of your relieving?

Be wary and aware, because you are being watched. You are being watched very closely.

What happens here stays here and what happens there stays there, however once you piss someone off is it unreasonable that they carry that around where ever they go? Seeing how subjective moderation can be at times there seems to be little gained by making enemies unless as one final act of defiance. As such we will always carry your memory in our souls burning like a beacon of righteousness.
