What do you think is the best uber video game weapon?

The BFG & the Spinfuser (disklauncher). The spinfuser is such a well rounded weapon. Flys straight and true, easy to time, and can assist you in your ultimate high jump competition. However, the sheer room-clearing ability of the BFG is sweet too.
 
oh yeah i like the nuke in c&c generals. i'd wait and built like 10 of them and laucnh it at the enemy base at once. soo pretty
 
Rail gun in Red Faction
BFG9000 in Doom 1/2
Flamethrower in RTCW, although ammo was so hard to come by I ended up saving what I had the whole time.

EDIT: Oh, and the sniper from Max Payne, where it'd follow the bullet into the enemy's skull.
 
doom2 chaingun on quad / UT minigun on dmg amplifier

there are some eva games where you can see/use Positron Rifle (now thats a REAL gun)
