Hard to pick one "all time" but here's some that I can watch over and over from different genres:

Godfather
Platoon
Tombstone

Not sure, but I just rented and watched "The Best Years of Our Lives" and all I can say is WOW! Rent this film, it is HIGHLY recommended. Won 8 Academy Awards (Beat out "It's a Wonderful Life" for Best Picture Oscar)
