it would have to be documented and all the rates etc would have to be at a competetive price as far as i know.

Is CPA a person or are you referring to an accountant? I called the IRS and they said no, yes and I don't know. Pretty much all in the same sentance too.

Both. CPA here at AT is a CPA and you may want to consult your own CPA as well.
