I think he does a pretty good job. His weak points are playing roles where the character is supposed to be a bad ass. He just doesn't have that demeanor about him, unlike Wesley Snipes in demolition man, now that was fat 🙂

Just about every religion in the world has been spun to make money off of others, this is not limited to Scientology. I agree, Scientology seems like it's skewed in this direction, but it is far from the only one being used to scam people out of their money.

You might have a point, but Scientology is the biggest and most well-known "religion" that was invented SOLELY to scam money from people.

At least Christianity does have some basis in historical events, and most Christians are not in it "to scam people out of money"....as most churches are not. I'm sure there are PEOPLE that are, but as a whole, that's not what it's about.

but put in context of other religions cutting off peoples heads and such on a rather constant basis these days i think scientology is pretty low on the list of concerns if you are going to be fair. some religions scam money, others oppress women and fly planes into buildings.

I'm too lazy to search, but there's the one about the white teens who killed the illegal immigrant and most on here praised them offing a dirty beautiful ray of sunshine. There was also a thread about Sean Bell where the concenious was "he was black he deserved to die" just to name a few, the undertones of racism here are fucking disgusting.

This place is racist as fuck and it never gets punished any other time. If this dude gets banned for the oven comment I want my account deleted mods.

Totally wrong. Cruise is known for requiring a Scientology "tent" on his movie sets. I'd say Travolta is pretty good about shutting the F up about whatever views he holds, as I wish everyone else would do, too. Cruise, on the other hand, spouts off about Scientology frequently.

That's hardly "keeping prof. and personal life separate".
