What do you think about the new PSP?

7 DS games and hundreds of GB advance games you can also play on it. Remember the PS 2, there were not that many launch titles but the fact that it was backwards compatible made it much more attractive.

DS is not really supposed to offer anything revolutionary, it is another gameboy iteration, even Nintendo has said that. They were trying to expand on the gameboy platform with some new ideas and did just that. I assume thats why they are (if the rumors are true) releasing a new handheld this year.

That being said I still am not one for portable gaming. If the new Nintendo portable is really cool I may look at getting that but the PSP and DS don't excite me a ton.
