What do you think about an implant ID chip?

What do you think about an implant ID chip? Let?s say this chip would hold your medical, criminal and identification information and would be implanted in your hand. It could have a global positioning system, so if you are missing or lost you can be found. Only authorities could use the global positioning system. It would be used in emergencies when you can't talk or are passed out. It could also be used in airports to prove who you are. If a wanted criminal tries to get on a plane, the authorities would be alerted. What do you think? Would you want an implant ID chip?

Yep. I've been doing some research and all the Biblicial people would bring up that it is the "Mark of the Beast."

Conceptually, it sounds appealing... it offers security, protection, and convenience. However, in my opinon, the potential for abuse is simply too great to be downplayed or easily solved or bypassed.

In a nutshell, until they can ensure that only the "proper authorities" have access and will use it for only specific purposes, over my dead body.
