I give negative ratings to people who flame, and people who express blatantly racist and bigoted opinions, or are derogatory towards others in a manner that is obviously not joking (And not meant to be seen as funny by the other side).

i usually give someone a 10 if they help me out or if they are a super nice person.
i only give people 1s if they are jerks for the sake of being a jerk or if they insult one of my friends here with soemthing that is really uncalled for.

other than that i dont rate.
