What do you put on top of your burger?

This thread had me jonesing for a burger, so I had to fire up the grill.

6 oz of 80/20 ground chuck seasoned with salt and pepper, nice char on the outside, medium rare inside
Lightly toasted bun
Mayo
Red onion
Dill pickle
Cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Ketchup

Yum.
 
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Cheese
Pickles
Very light mustard
Very light ketchup
Very very light mayo

Sometimes I add potato chips.

I don't recommend under cooked meat, but the Teriyaki is a definite yes.

I also like to cook up my burgers with some instant onion soup mix from time to time. Not too much soup mind you. Experiment!
