They apparently have an entire ad campaign with kids in situations that allude to them being different or outcasts. Probably trying to give kids a sense of "it is okay you are a wierdo freak" have some delicious nutritious sugar cereal.

Of course nothing like this would fly in the US as repugnants would have a shitshow over the suggestion that it is okay to be something different than white anglo athletic hetero awesomeness. And anything to the contrary is just making our kids weak.

what i make of this ad: "it doesn't matter if your kid's gay, as long as he's healthy"

frankly, i agree. the only things that matter are bloodline ending, of course, and the fact that he's gonna have a difficult life ahead of him.

edit: i wanted to just make sure that just because a kid plays with barbies doesn't mean he's gay. guys sometimes have sisters that have toys that are different than yours and they play with them to "just change the scenery" once in a while. or the parents were progressives and didn't agree with gender rolls and wanted their son to play with barbies so he didn't become an obnoxious, compensatinly male bully child. it's perfectly normal for boys to play with girls' toys if they so choose... it doesn't make them gay.

the question of the thread was "what do you make of this frosted flakes ad" and i replied based on what i thought the ad was trying to convey. something very similar to what sirsteve0 said.
