Mustard, that's it.

With real hot dogs e.g Bratwrust, Bierwurst, Weisswurst etc I like Mustard, onions and Sour Kraut.

I like onions, relish and deli mustard on my polish. Nothing else.

ketchup belongs on nothing except fries, and even then it's only a poor substitute for barbecue sauce
 
Not hives, for sure. Sitting bucky nakey in my chair right now closely watching the random hives that appeared on my thighs and my glorious buttocks. Fuckin' A, I only noticed them when I scratched one of them to the point of bleeding, then I saw the carnage.
