Whoa, I just finished an omlette.
Mushrooms, zuchinni, polish sausage, colby jack cheese.

I prefer the ingredients scrambled in to the eggs instead of an omelette.
I like lot of stuff, but here are a few of my favorites:
Salmon, cream cheese, and tomato.
Bacon, cheddar or swiss, and mushroom.

Too bad I can't really eat eggs. Not that I'm allergic to them, but it often gives me terrible gas. This became more prevelent as I got older. Used to eat them all the time when I was like 12 and younger. I am also lactose intollerant.
