what do you guys use to convert your mp3's to wav?

Options --> Preferences --> Output --> Nullsoft Disk Writer plug-in (make sure you configure it first so you know what directory the .wav file is going to)

Mp3's can be loaded into Nero 5.5X and converted automatically during the burning process. I see no need for conversion though. My DVD player plays DVD's, CDRW's, mp3's, and VCD's. 140+ songs on a CD beats a 200 disk cd player in my book, and it's much cheaper.

What would you really need to convert an MP3 back into a WAV for?...

Easy CD-DA Extractor's File Converter will do either or..

Nero will covert the MP3's on the fly when you burn, but I had some songs that wouldn't play (silence) after i burned them to an audio cd. The safest bet would be to use the Winamp option that others have suggested.
