Seriousley though, distance yourself some, show interest in another girl. Maybe mention to some mutual friends you like this other girl and see if she makes something out of it when it gets back to her. If this stuff doesn't phase her then, things don't look good. If she does hook up with this guy, wait it out then grow a pair and approach her. You got nothing to loose but a ninja kick to the balls.
