Well I'm buying in a couple of days a(n):

DFI Lanparty UT nF3 250GB nVidia nF3 DDR GB
Athlon 64 3400+
Antec TruePower True430 Power Supply 430 Watt ATX12V

All i need now is to find good and cheap RAM. I want PC3500 with a low CAS latency, that's relatively cheap; my budget being $250 (Canadian). I came across the K-Byte Extreme Memory 512MB PC3500 DDR 433MHz and looks like very good memory for the price, but almost too good.

Is this RAM good for overclocking or is there something I need to know before I buy it?

Don't shop at tigerdirect, I have heard of many people having very bad experiences with them, look at zipzoomfly or newegg, i think they have better prices anyways.
 
Sorry but I am rather skeptical when it comes to generic memory. It is such a crucial element in your pc. My opinion for peace of mind is to go with Corsair, kingston, ocz, crucial.
