don't see the point in them. It is the skin and sexy body that make men look...not a piece of jewelry. You should be asking why your husband would want other men gawking over you. Sounds wierd. Now low back tats are sexy as hel!, and they are meant for only the right person to see.

If you've got a flat tummy, I'd say go for it. It wouldn't look too bad.

But for the most part I think it's kind of a frivolous peice of jewelery.

around here low back tats are pretty visible, along with thongs.

I think bellyrings aren't attractive, but not slutty either. I don't get tatoos at all. As the ink fades they looks ugly and worn out IMO.

I had a navel piercing from the age of 18-22. I'm 24 now, almost 25, and won't be getting it repierced again. Personally, I think it looks a little silly on anyone over the age of 30 or so, but hey... if it makes you feel good, do it!

My fiance's little brother's girlfriend just got one... she's 18, and plans on taking it out when she graduates from college.

Why make 30 a deal breaker for a belly ring though?

I have known 18yo's that were scary with them, and beyond 30yo's that were just ... :beer:damn:beer: ...

if one is sexual it's a nice piece. If one is thinking about their next buck or kid or corporate america, probably/definitely not.

I think I'm considerably less silly now than when I was younger. I have no qualms with the 30+ crowd and the number was pretty arbitrary, but every 30+ person I've seen with a belly piercing didn't look so good with one. If you can find a picture to prove otherwise, I'll retract my statement.

I don't think a person has to be sexual in order to have a belly ring. I had a friend in college who was a virgin and had one.
