What do you guys think about this return policy?

Products returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, Monarch Computer Systems reserves the right to impose a 15% custom order cancellation fee for the cancellation of any order relating to a custom system after such an order has been placed by the Customer.

They have every right to have such a policy and I reserve my right to shop elsewhere.

If it helps them keep costs down, I'm fine with it. I've shopped at monarch many times.

make sure you read the whole TOC everywhere you shop.

also, If I knew they have such return policy, I would returning it to american express instead. they have a purchase protection plan for the card I used.
