I think they're bug ugly and repulsive. They look like they are designed for total strangers who happen to have a need to share common quarters with a minimal chance of personal interaction (such as in a movie theater), not designed for a family or folks who know/like each other. The price is ridiculous.

It has a built in beer holder. It has my stamp of approval.

But as others have said, home theatre seating use only.
