I think it's a great date as long as she's okay with it. But it's certainly expensive.

I'd be down for it. Going for my first time on the 24th! However, I wouldn't want to spend that much on the first date.

werd.

not only that, most first dates are dead ends, i wouldn't sink $200+ on a first date, let alone $400+ for two beginners.

I've learnt that taking a first time date to a swinger's party isn't a good idea. Got to be 3rd date minimum.

Bad idea, IMO.

It'd be like having sex with her for the first time while on ecstacy. It would ruin future encounters.

NO, just go to starbucks for coffee, that way if it doesn't work out , you'll only be out $3-4 for that first date.

1) Why the hell would you want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane

2) It sets a hell of a precident... kinda hard to keep that level of date up...

3) why the hell would you want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane

4) Might scare her off if you don't know her all that well... oh yeah sure jump out of a plane with a guy you just met... ummm no way in hell

5) why the hell would you want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane

6) why the hell would you want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane

no, i wouldn't do that... i would be skeptical about doing that on a first date. It seems like you are trying too hard.

There are plenty of other cool/out of the ordinary things a couple could do on a first that that do not involve something so risky or expensive. hell, even go to an amusement park or something first.

Go to a museum/aquarium/zoo
Go canoeing/hiking/bicycling
Go somewhere where you can TALK. Get to know a person. You can't do that falling through the air strapped to another person's chest.

The reason dinner/movie are standard for the first date or the first few dates is that if things don't work out, your pocket book isn't hurting too much.
