What do you guys think about CCleaner?

I have it set to run each time my computer starts up, and I also run it manually after ending an internet session. It has always worked great for me.

are the utilities/services (under applications tab) already there? or are they there because i have those programs? it lists avg from grisoft but i dont use that...I DID use it.

So im just confused whether it scans the PC and finds you use those programs or if theyre pre listed.
