well it looks cool nonetheless, but man, you didnt have ANYTHING else to use? a file cabinet maybe? hmmmm....nice mod 😉
 
Hehe... I have a couple more cosmetic things to do yet, but it's mostly done. The shop vac was a some what cheaper investment than some other things I was looking at. It only cost me $45.00 at WalMart. 😎
 
$45?!?!?!?!? thats a LOT of dough........could have gotten a plastic file cabinet for that much, then cut up with box fan cutouts, lights, etc........be normal for crying out loud 😉
 
NICE!!!! A good mod. Could have been neat to leave the vacuum's fan usable , but wired in permanent reverse, and pulling in thru vents in the bottom of the tank, and have the mobo mounted on its side . . hmm, i might try that, kinda noisy, might loose your jumpers too. ,but you could mod the top and mount a small monitor on top, be a nice shop pc, hmmm ideas ideas ideassss. . .
 
Shop Vacs are NOISY, I would not want that thing running.

stick the monitor on top, with the wheels, and it'd be R2D2.
