Seems like there are quite a few candidates... speeding has to rank right up there, along with drug laws, and many others. What do you think is the most frequently broken law?
 
Well here in Oklahoma it's illegal to have sex in any position other than missionary. That would have to be the most broken law in this state. Hell my GF & I break it 2-3 times a day.
 
jaywalking, speeding, smoking weed, underage drinking, drinking and driving, drinking while smoking weed and driving, drinking while smoking weed and having sex, etc...

ummm....downloading music w/o having the cd and keeping it on your HD for more than 24 hours? I've heard that this law is not well kept.
