I don't ever remember a dream that was not in color.

I feel decent when I wake up, if I got a good nights sleep.

I never wake up feeling anything other than terrible. Maybe I'm not sleeping deep enough.

I have been up for 30 some hours right now, so I am beginning to forget, but last time I went to sleep I only got 3 hours and I was pretty tired when I woke up. I almost always feel worse for the first hour or 2 after I wake up then any other time, regardless of how long it has been since I have slept.

I feel terrible today. Didnt' get to bed til 4ish b/c I was kept up on the phone....woke up an hour ago...must leave house in about half an hour to look at more places to live...then at 4 i work til 10. I'm gonna be crazy tired after work tonight... 🙁

and it's mommy's bday today, too. 🙁

Like Bill Murray in Groundhog day. can't remember the last time I woke up with a smile, not feeling depressed or like sh!t. Normally takes me about 30 mins to wake up, then 4 hrs and a sh!t load of coffee to feel really awake.

Well, honestly, I often wake up in terror. I have nightmares and night terrors. I talk, scream, and sometimes walk in my sleep. The blargh part comes a bit after.

One time I was sleeping on my friend's couch when he and his girlfriend decided to come in and... do stuff... on his bed. A few minutes later when they were done, she woke me up because she wanted to talk (He fell asleep. Talk about getting the short end of the stick, he gets the action, I have to talk afterwards).

Anyway, she shook me to wake me up and I screamed, jumped off of the couch, and almost strangled her. I'm a violent sleeper.

I usually wake up tired.

I have dreams that i'm trying to kick someone's ass but everytime I try to punch them it's like my arms are really heavy and I can't move them fast enough to actually punch them. Anyone else ever have these dreams?

Yup, or you're trying to run, but your legs won't move fast enough. And Chaotic, get hypnotherapy, you got some serious subconcious issues if you get nightmares constantly. Either that or watch Disney films all day until you get happy thoughts in your head.

On the weekends, I feel great since I get all the sleep I want, during the week days it sucks because I have to be at work by 7 and being up until 1 or later is not a good idea.

Hammered sh!t.

I just don't wake up well. At all. Doesn't matter if I get 4 hours, 8 hours, or 12 hours of sleep. I still feel like ass. Never have been a morning person and I'm just a bearcat to get out of bed.
