alright so i put like 3.5lbs of chicken breasts in the crock pot in chicken broth for 8 hours yesterday and holy shit that stuff just fell apart. so tender!
made chicken salad today with all of it for my lunch this whole week (and my wifes). going to take 2 sandwiches on whole wheat bread for my lunches.
as far as chicken salad goes, i used normal mayo, but not like a ton or anything as i'm not a huge may fan. would it be better to use the light stuff? and i'm pretty sure the fat free stuff tastes like ass so i'm not sure if i wanna use that.
