'89 Mazda MX6.

The way it keeps on going it will be another ten years or so before I need a new car. Kinda crazy to think that my car is as old as some people on this forum, and it ain't an old car.

? You must not drive that thing much.;)

I drive a 1994 Altima BTW. Not fancy, but has been very reliable and isn't too embarassing to pull up to a valet.;)

Bought it last summer with 15K miles. I thought it was a deal at $7K; it was in perfect condition, no rust, had been garaged and rarely driven for 10 years. Made a few minor mods: added a black luggage rack, installed a tanoe cover, and put in new speakers.

My fiancee has the Passat.
So you got the Camry? Probably what I would have done, it sounded like a nice one.

91 Accord with 126K miles. Due for its first clutch and a timing belt this summer. Great car.

Yes it's the same engine. I've got Series II with 205hp. I like to know more about this engine. Has it over head camshaft or is it an oldstyle push-rod system.
It has some serious torque and I like it.

See this: http://auto.consumerguide.com/auto/used/reviews/full/index.cfm/id/2086.htm

Looks like it has overhead cams, and a 4 speed overdrive tranny. Too bad it doesn't have dual OHC. That would definitely snap your head back when you race a rice-burner.

My Olds has a 4.0 northstar with DOHC. You should have seen the face on the guy in that eclipse this morning when he found out that my "family sedan" could completely obliterate his little mitsu.
