A Senior Printer Product Support Engineer for .... A multinational printer manufacturer. At least that's what is says on my business cards. In reality, I'm our departments own internal IT department.

I'm a OLD man (older than rocks and rocks is before dirt) and do nothing but CRACK.. 🙂

Retired from AT&T...

I am an engineer at a nuclear power plant in Texas. I have a daughter in the 10th grader, so I can relate to many of you, plus a son who is a graduating senior. I have been in this for a long time now. I contribute to both OGR and RC5, but most of my RC5 blocks are still from the Phantom Flusher.

My title is "Engineering Services Manager" for a local manufacturer supplying the auto industry.

In my "spare" time (ahem), I run my own computer business on the side.

Unfortunately, this means that I don't get to this forum as often as I'd like but the herd keeps on CRACKIN'.

I make clothes hangers.😱 Not the greatest job but hey there's not too many places where you can sit and read a book 4 hrs out of an 8 hr shift and still be doing a good job.🙂

The company I work for is the largest clothes hanger manufacturer in the world. Although I do work at the smallest plant they have.

I need two more classes to be a junior at Jacksonville State University. I've taken a couple of years off from college, since I'm still not really sure what I wan't to do for the next 40 years. I am planning on starting back to school either this spring or fall.🙂

College dropout that works as a repair tech and then some (mainly the "and then some&quot😉 for a company that services laptops.
🙂

IT guy for a local warehouse/packaging/logistics company.

Hey Crow, maybe you're a forwarding agent of ours.. Would be fun.

Currently doing some of the network admin, hardware/os support, and WAN communications for a large plastic's company. Looking to try to get my CCNA here in a month or so.

IT Admin, PC Support, Project Manager, and Cisco Call Center Solutions Application Specialist for a Technology Leasing/Buy/Sell company.

I've been a Service Clerk for the second largest Caterpillar dealer in the U.S. for the last 13 1/2 years. But, I'm working in one of the smallest stores they own. It's also the farthest East, and the only one in North Dakota.

I've also been assigned the responsibility of keeping everything computerized up and running. Most days are fine, but others could test the Pope's patience. Most of our system is dumb terminals on an AS400 server in Tuckwilla, WA. They've started replacing dumb terminals with Compaq's running Windows 95. It's nice to be able to check my stats at work.😀 hehe

Computer/network technician for a school district with over 1200 systems, mix of PC, Apple II, and Mac (YUCK! I hate those damn Macs). Did I mention I'm the only tech? And the position was vacant for 3 months before I started? Can you say backed-up work orders? 🙂

Last few jobs: Investigator with the Corp Security dept of a fortune 500 company, Security Director at a hotel, and cop (part-time).

I had a double major in college: Criminal Justice and Fire Protection.

Long boom/heavy lift friction crane operator w/22years experience by day.

Free lance computer hardware consultant for medium to large construction
companies by night. I find myself turning down work and job offers more
and more each year. I just can't keep up and enjoy operating a crane
more anyway. Did I mention it pays well. 🙂

Currently working on the NuMi tunnel and supporting structures project at
FermiLab National Accelerator.

I hung all the structural iron at the new Midway Airport terminals in Chicago last year.

If you happen through Midway you'll see my handywork everywhere. 🙂

I have a few pretty cool pictures I could put up if I ever get off my @ss and
set up a site.
