What do you do with a whole head of cabbage?

I was given a head of cabbage. WTF do I do with it, besides start a compost pile? 😛

Corned beef and cabbage. Mmmm....

I once grabbed a head of cabbage instead of lettuce at the grocery store so we had Chicken Ceasar Pitas with cabbage. It was a little tough though.

cabbage ball? toss it at passing cars? place fireworks inside and watch the fun? i cant think of anything edible with it tho...

Make an American Pie parody, and call it "American Cabbage". I doubt it will feel as good as pie though.

Cook it and eat it.
Add some sausage, onion, and potato in a skillet and cook all together. Top with hot sauce.
Thank me later 😛

I should have mentioned that I don't like cabbage that I know of, except in cole slaw. 😛

I'm open to ideas, though.

1. cut it up and simmer it with some butter until it cooks down (shredded carrots are nice to throw in for some color)

2. stir in some kluski noodles

3. eat halushki (cabbage and noodles)

Stuffed Cabbage is awesome, There's a few polish recipies I've tasted, so awesome. Also, the suggestion about serving it with corned beef is awesome. Otherwise, I'm not too fond of cabbage either ....
