Kranky, thanks for the heads up on the actual law, I do appreciate it.

For the record, I never advocated his keeping the extra items. I would have sent them back if it were me in that situation, but I figured that he pretty much had his mind made up one way or another and it would really be pointless for me to have advocated either course of action.
