What do you do when you are feeling down?

I'm on meds for depression. Paxil. If you are talking about just normal downs then reading, watching TV, gaming might help. If it's actually clinical depression though you need to see a doctor.

Of course that's assuming you didn't just get busted for buying a 10 dollar rock and that's why you're depressed in the first place. In that case watching Cops probably won't help.

me too, but instead of cutting myself, i touch myself in my naughty place, then i feel guilty, and feel even more down, THAT's when i cut myself...

tough it out and do physical exersize

um....gran turismo 3/4, forza motorsport, supreme commander, and rFactor perk my day right up when i'm down/pissed. css wont do that for me.

or i go for a nice relaxing drive, roll the windows down, open the sunroof and take it all in, enjoy everything around me. sound of the engine, the road, the wind....everything. has to be early in the morning when the sun is rising, get to watch that and its very relaxing.(hell, i just enjoyed talking about that, feel better already)
