what do you do when UPS tracking says something is delivered but it's not?

What's funny is I'm having the reverse problem right now. Half my stuff from Amazon was delivered but it's still showing in-transit, and some of it isn't scheduled to be delivered until Saturday or Monday. Not that I'm complaining about early delivery, but it's kind of weird since everything gets scanned at different points en route & at my door...

AFAIK No. It is, however, possible to give them a security code to enter the premises.
