usually when I'm stressed I'll exercise or listen to music... but here lately nothing works with money probs, school, and keeping my gf happy everyday

i just need a freakin break and nothing seems to satisfy🙁

I used to get drunk. That worked atthe time.

Now I don't drink. Just deciding to take a night and do absolutely nothing helps me. Get home, order a piza, and watch mindless TV all night. Go to bed early. Get a good nights sleep. The next day I am usually happier/better.

If it's money problems, I would consider making a budget to reinforce the notion and to prove to yourself that everthing will be OK. I find that alot of stress I get involving money revolves around my lack of control over it at the time. Like right now. Fiance had to put some money down on ouw honeymoon, so she has a big CC bill. My CC Bill is huge because of car repairs and other stuff I need for the home. The rest of this year is going to suck for me.

I grab my MP3 player and power walk till I'm so zoned out that I feel better, exercise releases good chemicals in our brains 🙂

hope you feel better soon !

Sorry that you're feeling down. But sometimes we cause ourselves the miseries that we seem to be in. Take things one step at a time in your life. If anything hinders your path to success and happiness, and if such thing becomes a burden, let go of it if you can. It doesn't matter if it's an object or a person. Some things in life bring sadness than happiness. Relinquish them and set yourself free.

I hope that you do feel better soon. 🙂

Or, in normal English: When you have nothing left to live for, even the smallest comfort may seem like a huge help.

I usually just have a drink or two and regain my perspective by reminding myself that my circumstances could always be worse. Then I take some kind of positive action towards sorting out whatever it is that is troubling me at the time.

Although sometimes I just say "Fvck it" and blow everything off for a day or two. 😀

No, when you have nothing left to live for, you are at the place before understanding. When you have nothing left to live for you have lost everything that you thought was important and have nothing more that you can lose. When you have nothing more that you can loose that's when understand can occur. The hopeless mind in the desert of despair awakens to a strawberry. Oh my God, here I am with my beating heart, filled with love. Oh my God, I see, I am, I always was. It was always thus. Oh so simple. Love, I am Love, it can never die. It's what I am, what I am when nothing else is was or ever will be. Oh my God, I am.

For this kind of tea, you must empty your glass.

I stared at my keyboard with sad love music playing for about an hour today. Didn't help. Reemed out my problem on my phone and then listened to angry music for about an hour. Worked much better.
