The logical assumption being that he was at a concert, having a good time (dubious, being Tom Petty..😛), and failed to keep the rest of ATOT in the back of his mind while living in the real world, thus depriving us of our much needed pic-fix, of 19-year old prostitots in skimpy clothing...

pretty much any decent concert at the meadows in hartford, ct yields plenty of hot tail. Its connecticut there is not much else going on.
