What do you do if a company ignores you and wont respond to your email

Sorry if people are rude to you, but I guess this is jsut a learning experience. If you're going to take the chance to do business with small internet companies you have to take the risk and also take the initiative when something doesn't go through. And as long as there are people that do not know their rights, or are too timid to do anything, they will stay in business feeding off the weak.

I, unfortunately have no sympathy for you. No offense.
