EDIT: mostly been doing a lot of perl scripting lately so i should probably just say devloper
 

I'm a student, but I work at my school's Department of Public Safety. I hope to one day become a police officer.

I also give support on Cisco routers (for internal use)

Basically I have to repair sh*t all day (and post on OT)

I was thinking about doing this. Do you like your job? What sort of responsibilities do you have?

No I don't particularly like it at the moment.

I currently take care of ~30 PC's and 5 servers in our laboratory...as well as being the system admin for 3 software suites, not including apps on the laboratory systems.

I really don't get paid enough to do all that I'm doing. This should be a job for AT LEAST 2 people.
