For myself, I go to the kitchen, cook whatever, eat at my desk and do the same thing I do while I'm not on lunch, and that'd consist of surfing Anandtech, watching my eBay auctions, and chatting it up on AIM.
Either go out to lunch with coworkers, eat at my desk and read or skip lunch and read if I am not really hungry. Once in a blue moon I will work through most of my lunch if I am busy and don't want to stop what I'm doing.
Normally i'll go over to the kitchen, grab something to eat and come back to my desk.
If my boss is in, we'll go sit in the dining room.
If someone I feel like talking to is in the dining room, i'll go talk to them, but the person I would normally talk to has her lunch break at ~2:30ish, and i've normally got hungry and eaten by then!
Usually nuke whatever I've brought in the microwave and eat at my desk while browsing ATOT. Fridays are go out to eat days though. Most of the office picks a place and goes.
If I carpool with my GF that day, I'll typically meet up with her for lunch (which consists of roughly 5 minutes of indecisiveness on both our parts before we finally settle on something that neither of us really want ) and then rush back b/c she only has a 30 minute lunchtime. I usually spend the remaining 30 minutes of my lunch looking at ESPN.com or ATOT (or working, depending on how busy I am that day).
When I drive by myself, I usually hit McD's drive-through and then go read or take a nap for an hour in my car.
Depends on how I feel in the morning I guess. If I have time, I'll make my lunch and bring it here to work. If my schedule is busy, I'll eat out or grab something fast. I usually never skip since I have class right after work and I'm not gonna wait until like 7 or 8 to eat.
