A real (not faux) log cabin.

Smell of pines trees in the woods on a cool humid day when fog is in the air.

Bacon cooking. Bacon makes everything better.

Road tar cooking in one of those portable trailer things.

And the smell of banana from that scratch and sniff thing in the back of the strategy guide for Earthbound.

My shed smells of wood shavings, petrol, WD40, cut grass and teak oil.

Sometime I just go there to stand in it.

Gasoline. Seriously it has like the most awesome smell, I know I'm not suppose to inhale it, so I don't, but if I happen to smell it I enjoy the moment. I think my lawnmower needs gas, I'm going to go put gas in it.

Coffee is good.

One of my favorite all time ones were orange blossoms in the back yard by the pool in the evening, before citrus blight wiped em all out in the neighborhood a few years ago.

In no particular order:

Christmas morning, especially if you use a real tree.
Roasted peanuts
Pressed coffee/espresso
Freshly baked baguettes, you can add some quality butter to this as well
Pine forest mixed with ocean breeze
Roast - dry squid, pork, duck, beef (with lemongrass), etc...
Jasmine

perfume
a huge, delicious dinner fresh from the oven
steaks on the grill
pipe tobacco
quality weed

when my car was brand new, maybe 1 week old, a bag of excellent coffee beans let go in the back seat. i was finding beans for 2 years. the combination of leather and coffee was amazing.

To those saying pussy, are you just trying to be cool or do you really consider that a good smell? I mean don't get me wrong, I love me some dessert taco, and the smell can bring up some great memories, but come on now. If anything a lack of smell is the best situation there.

Yes, I do, and I don't care about being "cool."

The older I get (at an ancient 35 now), the more I love it.

It's kind of like how when you're a child, you love sugary, sweet stuff and as you get older you start to detest it in favor of savory / salty more complex flavors. Like a Margarita vs Scotch.

All I can say is, the scent (in its 'clean' form) is nothing short of intoxicating.

And, for what it's worth, it's called a vagina. It's a basic part of anatomy, and about 50% of population has one. After you get past the dudebro idiocy of age 12 or so, it's perfectly fine to talk about it without giggling like a derp.

I like the smell of a clean teenaged cooter. Assuming she ate healthy her whole life.

Worst smell: 40 year old smoker who's been on junk food for at least two decades. (stripper in a trailer park town)
