What do you consider bad, decent, and excellent turnaround times for RMAs?

As in, how many days it takes them to ship your new product after receiving your old one.

For me, cross shipping is obviously excellent as is next day after receiving my product. Two days later is decent and three days or more later is kind of bad.

Wow, I was happy to get my refurb'd mobo from Asus, PERIOD.

Shipped it in Feb, got the board back in mid-March. :gift:

That's awesome. I didn't even know companies did that.

I thought that was kind of standard of a good company. When I had to RMA memory to Corsair I got my new sticks in six days. Guess that means they shipped the same day they received. Needless to say that kind of service makes me much more likely to purchase from them again.

I've always tried to do advanced RMA's over the years. That way they send me the part immediately and I send mine back after I get the new one. The hold your CC information, but you won't get charged unless you don't send something back.

I wish all companies offered that. I don't know why they wouldn't, if they have your CC number it's perfectly safe for them and less hassle for you.

I have one at Antec right now and have no idea what their normal turnaround time is.

My dead scratcher of a Lite-on took about a week. Some Ram from Corsair took longer sitting in the post office than shipping, and that was less than two weeks. The way I see it, it's their screw up, why is the customer shafted twice?
