Paula Deen, is that you??? You forgot the butter.When I need to eat something healthy, I'll grind up a bag of Lays potato chips. Not the small snack-size, the big family size. Add about 1/2 cup of mayo, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1tbsp of lemon juice, 1/3 cup of bbq sauce, and 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
Once I have the mixture all mixed up evenly, I add 1/4 lb of chopped bacon, 2 tbsp of granulated sugar, 1 tbsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp cumin, and 1 tsp of onion powder.
Spread it out onto a small baking dish, top it with some shredded mozzarella and parmesan, bake it at 400F for 30 minutes. Then I add some salt and pepper to taste.
