What do you clean your LCD screens with?

Like the title says

The reason I'm asking this, is because we got this thing at work today. It says on the bottle that you can clean and I quote "Non-glare and Laptop Computer Screens". Is it safe (it also says that it "Contains Isopropyl Alcohol")?
