What do you clean your ears with?

I have a myringotomy tube in my left ear, so I can't use water or hydrogen peroxide. I keep forgetting to ask my ENT doc how I should clean my ears.

Twice a day? Holy crap. I'd go see a doctor man. I use Q Tip type things but maybe once every few days...
