I dunno Carson Dyle, I think one of those gadgets I ordered would make the process a lot easier!

I don't see how either one does the job at all, but good luck. There are probably dozens of videos on YouTube of how to make kabab koobideh, if you need help.

I dunno about the recipe in that particular video, though. Nothing but salt and pepper for seasoning. There are probably much more interesting spices you could use.

Yeah, if DEFINATELY has to have the squeezed onions in there. And I think saffron as well (spice used by Iranians). If its just salt and pepper that is nothing but a hamburger!

Seriously though, I have no idea. Haven't delved into homemade Middle Eastern food yet!
