I have two server cases with these and I want to see if I can find a replacement one that is just a knob, so I don't need to use a key, but no idea what to search for or if it's even possible.

Where I come from they're called barrel locks.

Thanks, getting results on Amazon for that. Going to find one that matches the hole size and it should be a drop in replacement I think.
