I hit up FiveGuys last week and another local burger joint over the weekend. The other place is one of those drive thrus only. I've been reluctant to get anything there because the workers are right on top of each other... I'd been pretty dormant the past year and grilled a bunch back in the Fall.
American Cheese is what I usually go for because of it's lower melt point and it sticks to the bun the best to hold it together. When grilling my own, I use a cajun seasoning on the meat and try to cook it at medium so they don't dry out.
