I second the Kenneth Cole suggestion. I have one and it cost the same amount as that Fossil you're looking at.

Also tfinch ... thanks for that link. Those 2 watches you linked to are very nice. I just want to get one that is the style of that Fossil one. I'm going to browse that website.

I'd go with a skagen, the guess that Darthvoy mentioned, or the fossil that mosh posted. The guess one is a bit busy for me. too many dials. I've currently got a Seiko Kinetic.

I think some seikos use saphire crystals. You might want to look into those as well.
