Hey! Don't group me in with those guys! Notepad all the way, baby ;)
I did actually give some constructive comments, although at first I thought this was a joke. Now I'm starting to believe that lawaris IS actually a web design newbie.

I'm also a newbie web designer... this is the second page i designed I did it all in notepad and 1stpage.... It did take a loooong time for me to learn everything. Webpages are an ongoing process. At least you've got the first step done, its up on the internet.... you learn and get ideas along the way.. you get an idea, look up how to do it at a page like webmonkey or echoecho.. both are really good tutorial pages... good luck w/ it.. and i didnt mean to depress you, I just figured that at a forum like this, w/ people who design web pages for a living, I just didnt think that anybody would seriously post a page like yours.. but then i realized there are a lotta newbies here.. and you're just lookin for tips... anyways, good luck w/ it...

Heh. Another notepad user here. My sites aren't "pretty", but they do not induce vomiting.
VengefulStapler.com is my latest site, which is not complete.

well i wasn't able to view your site but i'll take the other peeps word for it that it's pretty fugly right now. the easiest thing to do when you're a newbie is to find a someone's site that you like now that is appropriate in color scheme and layout that fits with your subject matter. then just emulate that site using your content. this will give you very good design practice and the end result is not likely to be so bad.

another tip: get it off of geosh!tties.

I remember the good old days when I was scared of tables and didn't know what an alt= tag was :D

I won't post the URL of one of my non WYSIWYG-edited sites, because the mods don't think the content is "appropriate" (sorry, mods).

For Pete's sake is this a collage or a website? Organize pretty much everything on each tile into it's own separate page. Get rid of the cowboy and flowers, even I know they don't go together.

Ok, no offense or anything, but that site needs more than a bit of work. I hope you can take criticism, because if you can't you have no business designing websites.
Here's what I think you should do.

Like everyone else has mentioned, lose all the colors and and animated GIFs. Learn how to use Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro 7. Here's an example I made in a few seconds in PSP7. Remember, simple is good and don't have things as cluttered. Try to keep rows and columns pretty much the same in the way of horizontal alignment. Get rid of the 1., 2., 3., etc. for the links to pictures, have a separate page for an image gallery and use thumbnails instead of text links.
And, for the love of God, get rid of that cowboy :)
