What do u do to get rid of a big truck trailer?

There's a truck trailer sitting behind parents' building.. they need to get rid of it or sell it.. any way to do this?

Open the phonebook and look for semi-truck trailer repair or sales places. They will buy them. Or call a scrapyard, they'll buy it.

Anyhow, if it is in pretty good shape (still rolls, etc.) a scrap yard would be your best bet, they will come pick it up for free and might even give you money for it...

how do u find ur local scrap yard?!.. from chicago... i can't seem to find one..

look under Auto Salvage or Used auto parts. Just make sure that they are a legit salvage yard.

I've seen several old ones for sale... IIRC, $1500 ish.. So, it may have some value. People here and there get them to use them as storage buildings - avoids taxes (but looks VERY tacky).

Look under scrap matals or metals in the phone book here
is a page of them.

It would make a perfect storage shed. If they can't use it for storing crap, they could rent the space to somebody else. People pay a LOT of money to store stuff these days.
