What are you talking about? Stores sell dark meat. All fried chicken places sell dark meat.

Most restaurants that serve white meat only probably use the rest for stocks, gravies, etc. If not, they only purchase white meat to begin with.
 
oh i was thinking specifically of fast food, like wendys, mcdonalds, carls jr. etc. they must go through a lot of white meat.

dude it is all processed meat. it isn't like cut directly from the chicken. there already is dark meat in it...

And it has been going on for years. HOw do you think the mad cow disease spread so fast? They were feeding cows to cows. They turned a vegetarian animal into a cannibal.
