Could someone tell me what all the numbers mean except for the temps?

1956rpm = fan speed on your cpu cooler
Vcore = the voltage of your cpu
3.3v = the voltage of the 3.3v rail on your psu
5v = the voltage of the 5v rail on your psu
12v = the voltage of your 12v rail on your psu

All those numbers are perfectly fine.

Why is that the numbers are a little over the actual numbers for example, the 12V says 12.08 V and what do you mean by rails?

Sorry I am new to this.

The numbers will never be exact, there are a lot of variables that cause those small differences. Also software voltage monitoring is notoriously inaccurate. I don't remember the exactly +/-% difference that is acceptable, but your voltage values are perfectly fine.

For overclocking your cpu, you will be playing with your Vcore. Before you do that though, go read some stickies in this forum about overclocking and so some googling.

A 12V rail will never be exactly 12V, but those numbers look perfectly fine to me.

What are your computer specs? Are you OC now or is that 1.38v at idle/stock speeds?
