What do I need for an address change?

Usually 2 pieces of mail sent to the new address.

Utility or credit card bills work the best.

FYI- you can get a new license at many Krogers around the area instead of dealing with the line at the DMV office.

can you do it online?

in VA, they sent a PIN # to my old address, i used this to login online and enter my new address, then they mailed a new license (with same pic) to my new address
