Now i've got these files here i need to decompress... not really sure how or whats the best thing to use, but they're in .cue and .bin format. I've never delt with them before.
Any suggestions?

point your burning program to the .cue and it will mount and burn the .bin file.

so easy :)

Edit the .cue file with notepad and put the full location of the .bin file. Open Nero, select burn image, select the .cue file, and then burn.

Or, open DiscJuggler and select the .bin file for the source and burn.

pick your poison - cdrwin, nero, or discjuggler.

load the cue file on each program and viola! - make sure the path is correct in the cue file.

ls

Okay I get it. What exactly do I put in as the edited part in the notepad?

First line of the cue file with have something like

BINARY "image.bin" ...

Change it to

BINARY "C:\where\my\image\is\image.bin" ...

Or, use DiscJuggler and no .cue file is needed.

I like using cdrwin, it's a great program and all you have to do is point it to the .cue file.
You can edit your cue file so that there is no directory or path, just the name of the binary and as long as you put the .bin in the same directory as the .cue file, then it will work flawlessly.

FILE "FILENAME.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

this is what the .cue looks like.. ive never had to edit the path for it. as long as the .bin and the .cue are in the same directory, there's no need to..

Another vote for Fireburner. It can do a lot of stuff, is small, and reliable.
